Amazing Dog Colter

I've had the privilege of providing Colter a home for the past few months. Colter is such a sweet and lovable dog. He is full of energy and loves to play fetch with his tennis ball. He is always eager to go for a walk outside and walks well on a leash. Colter is 100 percent house-broken. He had full roam of the house all day long and never had an accident. He will even scratch at the door to let you know when he needs to go outside. Colter knows several commands to include sit, down, come, and shake. Whoever decides to open their home and heart to Colter will be blessed beyond belief by this sweet little guy.

Wonderful Colter The Terrier Is Looking For a Home

Colter is a 3 or 4 year old mixed Terrier. He weighs just under 40 lbs. He is a smart, feisty boy who loves to play and fetching the ball is his ABSOLUTELY favorite game. Colter is one smart boy who knows a number of commands - sit, stay, come, etc. He walks well on the leash and is totally housetrained. He is a friendly affectionate dog.

Colter is not a huge fan of other dogs. He doesn't bark and lounge at other dogs he meet on walks but he is likely to growl and snap after a few minutes after sniffing. Colter was rescued by Homeward Trails and has been living in Northern VA. He is looking forward to finding a home soon.
